Terms and conditions:
● Prepayment for the reservation is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total rental price.
● The security deposit will be refunded within 2 days after check-out.
● In case of cancellation or early termination of the contract, the guest will be charged the full cost of the stay.
● The rental price includes all utilities (heating, air conditioning and basic cable TV, wi-fi).
● Cleaning is available on request and is included in the room rate
● The apartment will be used for residential purposes. Subletting an apartment is strictly prohibited.
● The guest undertakes not to transfer the rental property to anyone.
● The extension of the contract remains at the discretion of the Managing Agent.
● This agreement is valid until the expiration of the specified period, after which it is considered invalid.
● Pets are allowed on the territory of the hotel by agreement with a surcharge
● If the Guest violates any of the conditions set forth in this agreement, the Managing Agent has the right to immediately evict the Guest from the premises, and the Guest loses his right to comply with the terms of the agreement, including the refund of any rental amount.
● After the expiration of the contract, the premises, equipment and fittings must be in the same condition as at the beginning of the lease term. Any breakdowns or necessary repairs and replacements are paid for by the Guest.
